WARRANTY
This warranty does not have any impact on the effectiveness of generally applicable legal provisions regarding, in particular, product liability or warranty provisions. The person entitled under this guarantee may exercise the rights under the warranty for physical defects of the products, regardless of the rights resulting from this guarantee. This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in Lebanon.
This warranty is granted to all end users of the products, hereinafter referred to as Buyers, i.e. entities who purchased the product for their own needs and did not purchase the product for resale.
WARRANTY PROTECTION
Lines Design Studio warrants that the products covered by this warranty are free from defects in material, workmanship and design. The decisive factor here is the state of scientific and technical knowledge at the time of production. The warranty covers only physical defects present in the product at the time of production. This warranty is granted for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase of the product by the Buyer, but not longer than 3 years from the date of production.
WARRANTY SERVICES
Lines Design Studio may, at its own discretion, repair the defective product or replace it within 30 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. Unless otherwise agreed. The buyer is obliged to pick up the new product from the indicated Lines Design Studio representative.
In the event that Lines Design Studio decides to carry out a repair, it bears the resulting repair costs, as well as all expenses for transport and shipment of the product. The buyer is obliged to provide the defective product.
If the Guarantor decides to replace the product with a defect-free product, the defective product will be replaced with a defect-free product of the same type, quality and type. If, at the time of reporting the defect, a given product is no longer manufactured, Lines Design Studio reserves the right to deliver a similar product with similar parameters to the defective product.
By the term “repair”, the Guarantor understands all activities aimed at removing the defect of the product complained about by the Buyer in accordance with these warranty conditions.
The Guarantor, by the concept of “substantial repair”, understands the replacement of the product advertised by the Buyer with a new one of the same type of color.
The guarantor, if in performance of his obligations, provided the holder of the warranty with a defect-free item instead of the defective item, or made significant repairs to the item covered by the warranty, the warranty period starts anew from the moment of delivery of the item free of defects or return of the repaired item. If the Guarantor replaced part of the item, the above provision shall apply mutatis mutandis to the replaced part.

REPORT A DEFECT
Any defects of the products arising during the warranty period should be reported by the Buyer by written notification to the seller from whom the product was purchased by the Buyer or via the website of the Guarantor’s representative in Lebanon, i.e. www.linesdesignstudio.com. The defect should be reported immediately after its detection.

REPORT A DEFECT

The defect should be reported immediately after its detection. Along with the notification of the defect, the date of purchase of the product must be documented by attaching the proof of purchase to the notification, with the proviso that, if necessary, Lines Design Studio reserves the right to establish the warranty period on the date of production of the product.
The notification should provide a detailed description of the defect found and the circumstances of its finding, possible photographic documentation, if the situation requires it. When submitting a complaint, the Buyer should not, unless expressly agreed with the Guarantor, return the defective product to the Guarantor or disassemble it on his own. The inspection of the defective product, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the Guarantor, will be performed by an authorized representative of the Guarantor at the place where the defective product has been installed.
TERMS AND EXCLUSIONS
The condition for the validity of this warranty is the installation of the product by a specialist in accordance with the installation instructions, as well as appropriate care in accordance with the care instructions, as well as compliance with the conditions of use.
Instructions for assembly, use and care recommendations are attached to each product in English and are also available on the website www.linesdesignstudio.com
The condition for accepting the complaint for the product is its correct installation, use in accordance with its intended use and proper maintenance in accordance with the instructions attached to the product.
- Claims are not guaranteed in the case of:
- Damage resulting from improper installation and incorrect selection of mounting pins to the material in which they are to be installed.
- The effects of repairs, alterations or design changes made by unauthorized persons.
- Mechanical damage such as dents, bruises, scratches caused by the user’s fault and the action of natural forces.
- Damage to galvanic coatings resulting from non-compliance with the attached maintenance instructions, including those resulting from the use of caustic agents and abrasive materials.
- The appearance of contamination caused by improper use and maintenance.
- Damage resulting from the use contrary to the intended use, the consequences of natural wear of the elements during normal operation.
The warranty covers products sold and installed in the territory of the Republic of Lebanon. Modifications to products dictated by technical progress may entail changes to their specifications without prior notice.
RETURNS
“Return of goods (withdrawal from the contract by the consumer or other authorized person)”
Remember to properly protect the returned item to prevent any damage – you are fully responsible for the return process, and delivering damaged goods to us will result in liability on your part.
You can return the product (withdraw from the contract) within 30 days from the date of receiving it without stating a reason. To do this, it is best to fill out the electronic form available on the “RETURN” page, or the traditional form available for download. Proper completion of the form will significantly facilitate the entire procedure for us and speed up the process, which will result in a faster refund.
We will refund you for the returned goods to your account or in the same way they were paid by you.
PRODUCT RETURN: Please log in to your customer account on linesdesignstudio.com, go to the Profile tab and click on RETURNS. A list of your orders will appear, select the order containing the product you want to return, and click WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT. If you do not have an account on linesdesignstudio.com, please fill out a short form on the RETURNS page. Fill in the order details and submit the form by clicking the RETURN button. We will receive a notification of your return immediately.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If you have received a damaged item due to transportation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will ask you to provide pictures of the damaged product and packaging so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. In some cases, we may need to pick up the damaged item for further inspection. Once the claim is approved, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
OTHER PROBLEMS RELATED TO THE ORDER
If you have any problems related to your order, including technical issues with the ordering or payment process, errors in the order, delays in delivery, missing items, or other issues, you can always contact customer service. You can do this through the contact form on the store’s website, email address, or phone number provided on the contact page. Customer service is always willing to help solve problems and answer your questions.
If in agreement with us you are returning a product, remember to package it properly preferably in the original packaging, with all original materials for protecting the product from damage. Remember that you are responsible for any new damages not covered by a warranty claim that occur during the return transport due to inadequate packaging by you.
CARE AND CLEANING
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE PRODUCTS
The accessories are easy to care for. As a rule, regular wiping with a soft, damp cloth and soap is sufficient, then rinsing with water and wiping dry. Thanks to this, we will prevent the accumulation of calcium deposits on the surface.
Using accessories in a manner inconsistent with their intended use, e.g. using a towel rail as a bathroom handle or overloading bathroom shelves may cause their permanent deformation, damage or destruction, and consequently lead to an accident and serious injuries.
Do not use for wiping: rough sponges, preparations containing abrasives, agents for removing calcium and magnesium deposits and other aggressive preparations containing solvents, mineral acids, acetic acid, ammonia, etc. contact without thorough rinsing may lead to local or complete etching of the coating.
Failure to follow the above recommendations may cause permanent damage to the cleaned coating, which is not covered by the warranty and excludes the possibility of a complaint.
