Definitions of expressions used in the Regulations

1.     Registration Form – an electronic registration form, the completion of which is necessary to conclude the Agreement if the Customer chooses the method of placing the order “SHOPPING AS A GUEST / REGISTRATION”.

2.     Registration Clause – information provided by the Seller in the case of collecting Customer’s data available at https://linesdesignstudio.com/ under the name: Information clause for recipients of services provided electronically.

3.     Customer – a natural person (of legal age) with full legal capacity, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, but having legal capacity, making purchases via the www.linesdesignstudio.com/ online store. The customer may be a consumer or an entrepreneur.

4.     Consumer – the customer referred to in art. 22 (1) of the Civil Code (a natural person who performs a legal transaction with the entrepreneur not related directly to his business or professional activity). To the extent that the mandatory provisions of law grant such persons specific consumer rights or otherwise equate their legal situation with consumers, a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business is also considered a Consumer.

5.     Goods and Services – products and services presented and offered in the Online Store by the Seller.

6.     Registration – setting up an Account by the Customer in the Online Store.

7.     Account – an individual free account created after Registration entitling the Customer to use the services offered by the Seller, in particular, to conclude the Agreement if the Customer chooses the method of placing the order “LOG IN”.

8.     Cart – a system tool (functionality) that helps customers make purchases in the Online Store, in particular, enabling the collection of selected offers in one place, to place a collective Order. The basket is created automatically as a result of “clicking” the “Add to basket” or “Collect in” at least one product.

9.     Online Store Regulations – these regulations specify the terms and conditions for purchasing Goods in the Store.

10.  Store – an organized online store operating at www.linesdesignstudio.com run by the Seller, which sells interior furnishings under the Lines brand.

11.  Order – Customer’s declaration of intent, aimed directly after the Sales Agreement, specifying, in particular, the type and quantity of the Goods.

12.  Tele information System – a set of cooperating IT devices and software, ensuring processing, storage, as well as sending and receiving data via telecommunications networks using a terminal device appropriate for a given type of telecommunications network within the meaning of the Telecommunications Law.

13.  Electronic communication means – technical solutions, including ICT devices and tools cooperating with them, enabling individual remote communication using data transmission between ICT systems, in particular electronic mail.

14.  Goods – products from the Lines collection, which are currently offered by the Store.

 General Provisions

  1. The Online Store is run and administered by the Seller (also in terms of personal data).

  2. The purpose of running the Store is to enable Customers to familiarize themselves with the Goods and Services offered by the Seller, including their prices and availability, and to conclude contracts for the sale of Goods and Services at a distance.

  3. These Regulations define the rules for the sale of Goods and Services by the Seller using means of distance communication in the form of the Online Store, as well as the rules for using the Online Store by Customers and additional functionalities made available via the Online Store (services provided electronically, listed in these Regulations).

  4. As regards the provision of services by electronic means, these Regulations are regulations within the meaning of Art. 8 of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

  5. The use of the Store is possible provided that the Customer’s ICT system meets the following minimum technical requirements: a computer or a mobile device with Internet access (with a minimum processor 800MHz; 512MB RAM; a graphics card and a screen that supports a resolution of 800×600 and 56 colors); Internet Explorer version 10 or newer or the latest versions of browsers (including mobile browsers) installed: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari with JavaScript support enabled; having a current, active and properly configured e-mail account; the ability to read files in Portable Document Format (pdf).

 
 
  • Information on Goods, Services, and Prices

  1. Information about the Goods and Services offered by the Online Store is available on the website www.linesdesignstudio.com. The information in question is placed together with information on the properties and prices of the Goods and Services. The photos and descriptions of the Goods posted in the Online Store are subject to technical limitations and are only intended to enable the Customer to get a general idea of the properties, appearance and performance of the Goods. In particular, the appearance of the Goods in the photos presented in the Store may differ from the appearance of the Goods, which may be due to e.g. monitor settings, lighting conditions or photography restrictions. In addition, the technical description of the Good may include simplifications related to its transformation into a readable version and appropriate for the purpose of its placement in the Online Store. For the avoidance of doubt, this provision does not have the effect of limiting the Seller’s liability towards Customers who are Consumers and natural persons concluding a contract directly related to its business activity, if the content of this contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for this person.

  2. Only Goods offered for sale via the Online Store are marked with the “ADD TO CART” button and Services related to the Goods marked in this way.

  3. In addition to information about the Goods and Services offered for sale, the website www.linesdesignstudio.com contains information about the Goods: a). which are currently not available via the Online Store or in lines design studio’s stationary stores, but this status may change in the future – the descriptions of these goods contain the indication “PRODUCT NOT AVAILABLE”, b). which are no longer available via the Online Store or in the lines design studio stationary showroom, and no future availability is planned – the descriptions of these goods contain the designation “ARCHIVE GOODS”.

  4. The prices of the Goods and Services are shown next to the description of the Goods and Services.

  5. All prices of the Goods and Services posted on the Store’s website are given in USD, AED, SAR, and EGP including domestic VAT.

  6. Shipping is offered worldwide. Due to the different costs of shipping the Goods and providing the Services, the Store does not provide information on taxes and fees (including customs duties).

  7. The Store may make changes to the descriptions and prices of Goods and Services. The above right does not affect the prices of the Goods ordered before the date of the change.

  9. The Seller is obliged to sell the Goods without defects. Any defects of the Goods (including those constituting a premise for a reduction) are clearly described.

  10. Information on the existence and content of the guarantee and after-sales services and the manner of their implementation – if provided – includes the description of the Goods.

 

Orders

 

  1. The parties to the contract for the sale of Goods concluded via the Online Store are the Seller and the Customer.

  2. Customer orders are accepted only through the Online Store website (in the domain https://www.linesdesignstudio.com after passing the entire Order submission procedure.

  3. Orders can be placed during the period of availability of the Store’s website (as a rule, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, but due to technical limitations, the Seller does not guarantee the constant availability of the Store’s website).

  4. The contract for the sale of Goods and Services is concluded in English.

  5. Through the Store, the Customer may make a one-off purchase of Goods or Services in a retail quantity, i.e. no more than 10 items of one product. A single purchase of more than the above-indicated number of items of one product requires contact with the Seller’s staff.

  6. The contract for the sale of goods is concluded when the Customer, after passing the entire procedure, places an order (i.e. clicks the “ORDER AND PAY” button), which means that he has accepted the Seller’s offer made via the Store. At this time, the sales contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer is legally binding.

 
 
 
 

Procedure for placing an order

 

  1. The Customer selects the Goods and their quantity by clicking on the “ADD TO CART” or “PICK UP IN THE SHOWROOM” button. The “Basket” window shows the number of selected Goods in the basket, their unit price, value, and the total value of the entire order.

  1. By repeating the above procedure, the Customer may collect additional Goods in the basket or increase their quantity.

  1. The Customer may check the contents of his Cart by clicking on the “Cart” or “Go to Cart” button, where he also selects the method of delivery and payment, and obtains final information on the costs of delivery of the Goods and the Services ordered.

  1. At this stage, the Customer may also verify the contents of his basket and make any changes (e.g. the quantity of the Goods), convert the value, or remove the Goods. Clicking on the name of the Good in the “Product details” column will open a page with detailed information about the Good. To remove a given Product from the basket, use the “X” button.

  1. The customer may continue shopping by clicking on the “Back to shopping” button after adding the Goods to the basket or by clicking the “Back to the store” button while viewing the contents of his basket.

  1. After all the ordered Goods have been added to the Basket and their content is finally checked, the Customer continues the ordering procedure by clicking the “Next” button and proceeds to the next step “Shipping and Invoice”.

  1. At this stage, the customer may choose one of three options:

A.    Log in “- A customer who has his account in the Store at https://www.linesdesignstudio.com, provides his e-mail address and password, unless he has logged in earlier.

B.    “Create an account” – if the Customer does not yet have an account in the Store at https://www.linesdesignstudio.com, at this stage it is possible to create an account (more about registration on the website in point XIII of these Regulations). Registration is voluntary.

  1. “Order without registration” – each customer can make purchases without registration, each time providing all the data required to complete the order (in a similar manner to the registration process – point XIII of the Regulations).

  1. After selecting one of the three variants above, the Customer is transferred to the next page, where he provides the invoice details, and delivery address and gives formal consent. At this stage, the Customer may provide a different delivery address than the one provided for the invoice, as well as indicate whether he wants to receive a VAT invoice with business activity data. The previously selected place of delivery by courier or for personal collection is the delivery address indicated in this step.

  1. If all the data is correct, the Customer places an Order by clicking on the “Order and pay” button. This is the moment of concluding the Agreement (the terms of the transaction in force at the moment are binding and final for the Seller and the Customer).

10. By accepting the Regulations, the Customer accepts the use of electronic invoices by the Seller in the form of a pdf file and they are sending to the e-mail address provided by the Customer or making them available on the Customer Account. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Seller may also use invoices in a traditional form. The consent to the use of electronic invoices by the Seller may be revoked at any time, via the Customer’s declaration sent to the address info@linesdesignstudio.com.

  1. Acceptance of the regulations by the Customer constitutes a request to issue invoices documenting the sale made for him via the Online Store.

  1. After placing the Order, the Customer is redirected to the “Summary” page, or another page appropriate for the selected payment method (e.g. to make an online transfer or by payment card), and then to the “Order processing” page.

  1. After placing the Order, the Customer receives an automatic e-mail with information containing confirmation of the Order being accepted for execution and information about the status of his order.

  1. may only be collected in person from the indicated showroom, (such goods are not included in delivery to the customer),

  1. such goods may be included in one order (one basket) alone or only together with other goods available and intended for personal collection in the same showroom.

VI.           Method, date and cost of delivery

1.    The Store delivers the purchased Goods on the territory of the Republic of Lebanon. European Union, Canada, United States, United Arab Emirates.

  1. The Goods are delivered to the address indicated in the Customer’s. The store reserves the right to limit the choice of the company carrying out the delivery, with the reservation that the Customer’s choice of delivery to the parcel machine (if such an option is available) is voluntary.

  1. The period of delivery of the Goods to the Customer consists of the time of packing the Goods and the time of delivery by the Courier Company. This period is up to 7 days counted from the day following the date of placing the order. The ordered Services are performed on the day of delivery of the Goods by the Courier Company.

  1. The period of preparing the goods for personal collection at the Lines Design Studio salon (when this option is selected) is 1 business day from the date of placing the order.

  1. If the Store cannot deliver the Goods (including for collection at the showroom, if such an option has been selected) due to the fact that it turns out that the Goods are not available, immediately, but at the latest within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, the Seller will notify about it and the client will return the entire sum of money received from the client. In the event that some of the Goods covered by the Order are not available, the Seller will suspend the implementation of the Order and contact the Customer so that the Customer can decide on the method of the Order.

Then the customer has the option to:

  1. maintaining the will to execute the Order with regard to the available Goods,

  2. or resignation from the entire Order,

  3. or changes to the Order with regard to unavailable Goods.

  1. The delivery takes place, as a rule, on working days, during working hours for Courier Companies and depending on the logistics plans of these companies. Personal pickups at the Lines Design Studio Salon take place on the days and hours of the salon’s working hours, i.e. on weekdays from 10:30 to 17:00 and on Saturday from 10:30 to 13:00.

  1. Detailed terms of delivery are available on the websites of Courier Companies (respectively: www.inpost.pl, www.dhl.com.pl, www.fedex.com and www.dpd.com.pl. The customer can order delivery on indicated day if the Online Store system allows such a choice for the given Goods and the Service is selected in the course of placing the Order (for an additional fee).

  1. The Store suggests the Customers to unpack the Goods in the presence of the courier or (for personal pickup at the salon) of a Lines Design Studio employee and check that they are not damaged. In the event of damage to the Goods in transport, the courier or Lines Design Studio employee will write an appropriate protocol and then collect the parcel or suspend the personal release of the Goods, which will significantly facilitate the possible complaint process.

  2. The cost of delivery is influenced by the size of the Goods, the method of payment for the Goods selected by the Customer and the country of delivery. The service of personal collection of the Goods at the selected Lines Design Studio showroom is free of charge.

  1. The appropriate amount resulting from the information presented on the basket page is added to the delivery costs of each shipment.

  1. In each case, the delivery of the Goods will take place not earlier than the payment of the full price of the Order. Until the full price of the Order is paid, the Goods remain the property of the Seller.

  1. The possibility of personal collection at the Lines Design Studio showroom is subject to the availability of all purchased goods (including the expected quantity) – about which the customer will be informed on the “Cart” page.

  1. After preparing the Goods for personal collection of the placed order (completing and packing the order), the Customer will be informed by e-mail.

  1. Collection in person at a selected Lines Design Studio salon can only be made by the person placing the order. Collection by a person other than the ordering party is possible only upon presentation of the original written authorization of that person.

  1. Collection in person at a selected Lines Design Studio showroom on behalf of an entity other than a natural person may only be made by a person (or persons) authorized to represent this entity in accordance with separate regulations. Collection by a person (s) other than those authorized to represent the entity submitting the order is possible only upon presentation of the original written authorization granted in accordance with the principles of representation set out in separate regulations.

  1. A Lines Design Studio employee may request identification by the person (s) making the pickup in person at the salon.

  1. Periodically, delivery times may be extended, in particular due to logistical difficulties. The Seller will inform about the possibly extended delivery date on his website and when placing the order.

 

VII.         Methods and forms of payment, order termination and refund

1.    The Customer may pay for the ordered Goods and Services in the following way (once a choice made in this regard, for a given order, cannot be changed after clicking “ORDER AND PAY”.

A.    Online transfer or payment card – using the “quick transfers” service offered by individual banks or using supported payment cards.

B.    The Customer selects the method of payment when placing the Order of Goods and Services (on the “Cart” page).

2.    Depending on the method of payment made by the Customer:

A.    in the case of payment by online transfer or payment card, the payment for the Goods and Services is charged in advance, which means that the Goods are sent only after receiving the payment,

B.    in the case of payment in cash or by credit card upon personal pickup at the Lines Design Studio store, the amount due for the Goods is collected during delivery (personal pickup). Payment for the goods results in the goods being delivered.

3.    The sales contract expires:

A.    if you choose the form of payment by online transfer or by payment card, the concluded Sales contract expires if the Customer fails to make a payment in accordance with the regulations of the website implementing these payments within 5 days from the date of placing the order.

B.    in the event that the Customer has not made a personal collection of the Goods from the showroom through his own fault, the Order will be terminated after 5 working days from the date of receipt of the first notification about the availability of the goods for collection at the showroom, unless the Customer contacts the Seller during this time (in any way) and will agree on the conditions of later collection, will pay for the Goods in advance (if they have not already done so) and the Goods will be picked up on the agreed date.

C.    if the Customer did not, through his own fault, collect the shipment with the Goods from the carrier, the Order shall be terminated after 5 days from the Seller receiving the shipment back – unless during this time the Customer contacts the Seller (in any way) and agree on the terms of re-delivery, make advance payment for the re-delivery and the delivery will be made. The above does not exclude the possibility for the Seller to claim from the Customer the damage incurred due to unrealized transport or the Order (in particular the costs of the unrealized shipment and the original shipment).

4.    Payment methods cannot be combined within one payment.

  • The right to withdraw from the contract by Clients who are Consumers

  1. The Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason (except for the cases referred to in Article 38 of the Act on consumer rights).

  1. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which the Consumer acquires, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer acquires, physical possession of the goods.

  1. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Consumer must inform the Seller about his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or e-mail.

  1. You can use the model withdrawal form included in Annex 2 to the Act on consumer rights or available at https://www. linesdesignstudio.com/ returns, which, however, is not obligatory.

5.    The consumer may complete and send the withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement by e-mail to the address info@linesdesignstudio.com. If the Consumer uses this option, he will be sent a confirmation of receipt of the information on withdrawal from the contract on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).

6.    In order to meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract, it is enough to send information regarding the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.

7.    In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall return all received payments up to 7 working days, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract, subject to the exceptions provided for by law (in particular due to the statutory Seller’s rights). right to withhold reimbursement).

8.    The reimbursement will be made using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to a different solution. In any case, the Consumer does not bear any costs related to the reimbursement of the fee

9.    The goods must be sent back or handed over immediately, and in any case not later than within 14 days from the date on which the information on withdrawal from this contract was submitted. The deadline is met if the item is returned before the expiry of the 14-day period.

10. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the ordered goods.

11. The Customer should attach the previously received Receipt or VAT invoice to the declaration of withdrawal or the Product – which will facilitate recognition of the notification.

12. The provisions of this point shall also apply accordingly to a natural person concluding a contract directly related to its business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for that person.

 

Complaints about the Goods by Customers who are Consumers

1.    Consumers have the right to submit a complaint under the warranty for physical defects of the item sold in accordance with the Civil Code, taking into account the provisions relating to Consumers. The Seller is responsible for defects in the Goods found within 2 years of the Goods being delivered.

2.    A complaint may be submitted using the form available on the “Submit a complaint” page and in any other way permitted by law.

3.    After receiving the complaint, the Seller will immediately contact the Customer in order to determine the further procedure.

4.    Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Seller.

5.    Regardless of the provisions of this point, the offered Goods may be covered by the distributor’s or manufacturer’s warranty. The seller does not provide a separate guarantee. A possible guarantee does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights resulting from the warranty.

6.    A natural person concluding a contract directly related to his business activity, if the content of this contract shows that he does not have a professional character for that person, has the right to submit a complaint for the Goods under the warranty for physical defects of the thing sold in accordance with the Civil Code, taking into account provisions relating to that person. The provisions of this point shall apply accordingly.

 

Complaints about the Goods by Customers who are not Consumers and the warranty


  1. Customers who are not Consumers or natural persons concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional nature for these persons, have the right to submit a complaint under the warranty for physical defects of the item sold following the Code Civil, excluding specific provisions. For submitting a complaint under the warranty by such persons, point IX, section 2, and point XI para. 3 above.

  2. Regardless of the provisions of this section and section IX, the offered Goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The guarantee does not exclude, limit or suspend any rights resulting from the warranty.

  3. Reporting Complaints through the form

 

  1. Complaints may be submitted in any form permitted by law. The preferred form of submitting a complaint is the form available on the Store’s website. To use the complaint form, you should:

  1. on the website www.linesdesignstudio.com, click on the “Submit a complaint” tab.

  2. complete the PDF form available at info@linesdesignstudio.com and send it to info@linesdesignstudio.com.

  1. The Store may organize promotions covering the price of one or more Goods or other terms of purchase.

  2. Promotions cannot be combined (unless expressly stated otherwise in the terms of the promotion).

  4. Promotions do not include transactions made (contracts concluded) before the date indicated as the starting day of the promotional period (unless the terms of the promotion expressly stipulate otherwise).

  • Site Registration

  1. Registration takes place by filling in the “Registration on the website” form once, available in the “My Account” tab at www.linesdesignstudio.com/login.

  1. Registration of persons requires the provision of:

a)     name,

b)    surnames,

c)     e-mail address,

d)    passwords (and repeating the password),

e)     telephone,

f)      postal code,

g)     confirmation of reading these Regulations and accepting their content.

  1. After clicking the “Register” button, the Customer will receive a message confirming the creation of an Account to the e-mail address provided during registration, with further instructions on confirming the registration.

  1. To activate the created Account, follow the instructions in the e-mail. Until then, the Account will remain inactive.

  1. The Customer may at any time request its removal from the Seller (by contacting it in any way).

  1. The customer is obliged to keep the login and password secret.

7.     Registration enables the use of the following functionalities:

a)     making purchases,

b)    viewing archived Orders,

c)     modification of registration data,

d)    password reminder,

e)     tracking the offer of the Online Store,

f)      using the functionality of “Watched Goods”.

  1. Without the need to create a User Account, the Customer may provide an e-mail address to receive the newsletter (Newsletter).

  2. The Seller may delete a Customer Account who:

a)     violates these Regulations,

b)    provided false data upon registration,

c)     provided false data when submitting the Order,

  1. provided false data when paying for Orders via the Przelewy24 website.

10.  The following are considered to be false data regarding the address of residence (registered office) or address for delivery:

a)     a single unsuccessful delivery of any parcel to the address indicated and return of the parcel with the annotation “unknown addressee”, “addressee moved out” or another equivalent,

b)    two unsuccessful deliveries of any parcel to the address indicated and return of the parcel with a note other than that specified in the above point,

  1. in the event of deleting the Account, all Orders placed are immediately terminated, which does not exclude the Seller’s right to claim compensation from the Customer.

  1. The Seller gives the possibility to log in to the Account by authentication through an external service provider: Facebook or Google. Users who have used this method of logging in to create an account and continue to use it, are required to set a password on general terms.

  • Payment Complaints

1.     In the event of payment for the Goods and no change in the status of the Order for more than two working days, the Customer should submit a complaint regarding the payment.

2.     To correctly and efficiently consider complaints regarding payments, the complaint should be sent to the address info@linesdesignstudio.com.

  1. Complaints regarding the payment may also be submitted in any other legally permitted manner.

  1. Complaints about the Store’s Operations

  1. The Seller takes steps to ensure that the Online Store operates properly to the extent that it results from the current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove any irregularities reported by customers within a reasonable time.

  1. The Customer is entitled to submit a complaint regarding irregularities, defects or interruptions in the functioning of the Online Store to the Seller.

  1. The customer may submit complaints in the scope referred to above to the e-mail address info@linesdesignstudio.com and in any other way permitted by law.

  1. In the complaint, the Customer should provide his name and surname (company), correspondence address, description and date of the irregularity related to the functioning of the Online Store.

  • Newsletter

1.     Anyone interested may subscribe to the Online Store’s Newsletter (information bulletin).

2.     The interested party will receive the Newsletter by e-mail to the e-mail address provided if they voluntarily agree to processing personal data and for the Seller to provide them with e-mail correspondence.

3.     The Customer may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time (by clicking on the appropriate link in the correspondence sent or by contacting the Seller).

  • “Notify about Availability” Service

 

1.     In the case of some “UNAVAILABLE GOODS”, the Store provides customers with a service consisting of the possibility of receiving an e-mail notification in the event of their re-availability.

2.     Provision of the “NOTIFY ABOUT AVAILABILITY” service for a given Product by the Seller does not guarantee its return to the Store’s offer.

3.     Activation of the service consists in entering your e-mail address on the product card with the available service, confirming that you have read and accepted these regulations, and clicking the “NOTIFY ME ABOUT AVAILABILITY” button.

4.     The service is active until the first notification is sent, but not longer than 12 months.

5.     An e-mail notifying about the availability of the Goods will be sent to the address provided once, at the latest within 1 day of the availability of the Goods. The e-mail may not be sent if the product becomes unavailable again by the time of its dispatch.

6.     Activation of the service does not constitute a reservation of the Goods, the priority right to purchase the Goods, or in any other way guarantees the possibility of its future purchase under any conditions.

7.     Activation of the service is tantamount to consent to the processing of personal data by the Seller in the scope of the e-mail address and the expected Goods, only for this service.

8.     Activation of the service is tantamount to consent to receive commercial information by electronic means containing information about the availability of the expected Goods.

  • Final Provisions

 

1.     The Customer undertakes to use the Store in a manner consistent with the provisions of the law in force in the territory of the Republic of Lebanon, the provisions of these Regulations, as well as with the customs adopted in a given scope, and not to deliver or transmit content prohibited by the provisions of applicable law.

2.     The online store, as well as all services provided on the website www.linesdesignstudio.com, in the field of natural persons, are directed only to adults.

3.     The Seller is not a party to the Code of Good Practice. There is a possibility of using extrajudicial means of dealing with complaints and redress. The rules of access to these procedures are provided by the authority selected by the client.

4.     Acting based on the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 524/2013 of May 21, 2013, we indicate:

5.     The Seller may change the Regulations and launch a new version of the Store. The amendment to the Regulations becomes effective on the appropriate date indicated by the Seller, with the proviso that sales contracts concluded before the amendments come into force are conducted based on the existing rules. If any provision of the Regulations is considered invalid by a final court decision, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

6.     Using the Online Store, including placing orders, involves the processing of personal data. Detailed rules for the processing of personal data are described by the Seller in the Privacy Policy available at https://www.linesdesignstudio.com/privacy-policy. The Regulations are available only in English.

7.     In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of generally applicable law shall apply.

8.     Unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise, the law applicable to all disputes arising under these Regulations is the Lebanese law.

9.     Unless the applicable law provides otherwise, any disputes arising between the Seller and the Customer shall be resolved by the competent Lebanese courts having jurisdiction over the seat of the Seller.
